his Kick off event is targeted at selected youth leaders in preparation for the yearly 3day/2night camp in June 2012. This event will involve youth leaders learning facilitation skills, communication skills in order to be an effective youth leader for Camp! There will be activities such as facilitation workshops, role plays to enhance their skills effectively

This activity will only be for those who are able, WANT and are committed to being youth leaders which includes leading activities in groups

5 years ago, Paul, our pillar of Camp Vision created Ministry of Vision (MOV) along with co-founder, Chiew Hoon and the experience was enriching and empowering. After passing the torch to volunteers Stella, Sharon, David and Ayu, here he is returning to create another unique experience along with everyone

The program as planned ahead in anticipation! Here it goes:

Title: Relive-Rewind-Rewrite

Introduction

- What if my life just goes on without a direction, what will I be doing in the future and how I would feel if I am in such a situation?
- What if I can turn back time? Where would I want to return to and what would I do differently?
- If I have a wish now, what would it be?

Programmes Highlights

04 Feb noon – Movie screening named “Mao, The Last Dancer”. This movie will set the theme of MOV 2012
11 Feb noon - Revisit our childhood and growing up journey through “My Childhood Games” and “Break to Dawn” story telling
25 Feb noon – Dress up and take pictures on the topic “What if…” Selected pictures would be made into MOV presentation tickets
03 Mar, 10 Mar, 11 Mar, 17 Mar, 18 Mar & 24 Mar noon – MOV presentation rehearsals
25 Mar – MOV 2012: Presentation Day where Campvision youths celebrate their artistic abilities through the performance

Join us in this fun and meaningful journey to express and empower yourself and others

All family and friends of participants will be given free tickets to attend the performance

Youth Leaders’ Adventure on 27 March (Sun)The CampVision youth leaders had a thrilling start to the journey this year with high elements at Focus Adventure Camp Challenge! Lots of risk-taking, courage and support that day from everyone to overcome fears and aim high towards their goals!

THIS MONTH’S EVENTS AND HIGHLIGHTS

Join us for Ministry of Vision 2011! After 3-months of toil and preparation, the youths are ready to let their talents shine and dazzle at Ministry of Vision (MOV) 2011! It will be an awesome and incredible performance put up with love, join us and show your support on 10 Apr (Sun), 4 to 7pm at Republic Polytechnic! Tickets are at min $5 each, inclusive of dinner.

CampVision 3D2N Camp is Recruiting for Volunteers!

The annual 3D2N camp is back to empower youths and awaken dreams, inspiring everyone to live with purpose and passion. If you can commit from 24 to 26 June (Fri to Sun), attend 1 home visit & volunteers’ briefing prior to camp, and have the heart to make a difference, we want YOU!
